The Robert Rans Jr. Bursary is awarded to the most improved student entering the Sixth Form in Year 12. Warwick Academy holds a special place in the Rans family’s heart. Robert Jr. better known as Bobby, his sisters, and their mother all proudly represented the school as students, as did his grandson Cody. The bursary honours the ideals of improvement and is testament to the belief that with the right push, anyone can recognize and achieve their full potential. The Rans family established the bursary award as a beacon for the future—and as a heartfelt thank you from Bobby and his family to Warwick Academy for the foundational values instilled in all that have attended the school. We are very grateful to the Rans family for choosing to have donations go towards the continuation and longevity of this bursary, in Bobby’s name.
